If there are any issues with your order due to an error it must be reported to our customer service department within 5 days of receipt of your order. You can report this by emailing us sales@lifeboat.gr or by phone at +302611 811 588 Monday–Friday
- All products that are being returned must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date of your order.
- The item must be un-opened and in the same condition as received. When returning a product back to us, please package the item(s) carefully so they will not be damaged in transit.
- If you ordered the incorrect product, or simply no longer need the product you purchased, you are responsible for the return freight.
- If we shipped you the wrong product, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the item.
- If the product you received is not functioning properly or was damaged in transit, please call us
- We suggest that all returns are shipped to us with tracking as we are not responsible for packages until they are received at our facility.
- Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
- Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the order was paid (Credit card, PayPal, or check).
- Return processing fee is -25% .Τhis fee does not apply for cases which an order is defective because of our responsibility ( a wrong item was shipped or item did not arrive as scheduled)
- Any possible custom and clearance fees are paid by the customer during arrival . Possible returning customs and clearance fees are paid by lifeboat.gr
